No re-keying, no orphan PDFs, no unsourced figures. ## Capabilities and their status - In use internally: Runs today inside the family office that built WealthHut, operated by our own team. Not yet offered as a hosted service. - Prototype: A working build used to shape the product. It runs locally and is not available to customers. - Pilot: Designed and running in a limited pilot. Scope and terms are agreed case by case. - Planned: On the roadmap and not built yet. We describe the intent, not a delivery date. ### Entity and ownership record Status: In use internally. Estates, trusts, companies, people and advisors kept as validated records, with a dated history of every ownership change. - Separate property, shared ownership and trustee roles are modelled explicitly. - Cross-record checks catch contradictions, such as ownership that does not add up to 100%. - Each change event names the filings it affects, so the tax view follows from the record. ### Document vault with custody Status: In use internally. Every source document is inventoried, classified by type, retention and sensitivity, and tracked by content hash. - Duplicates are found by content, not by file name. - Moves and retirements leave a custody receipt, so a document’s history survives reorganisation. - Other organisations’ systems are read, never rewritten. ### Books tied to statements Status: In use internally. Bank, card, loan and brokerage statements normalised into double-entry books for each estate and company. - Balances are asserted against the statement that proves them. - Company books can be synced from QuickBooks Online and compared line by line. - Unreconciled figures are labelled as provisional rather than blended in. ### Decision queue Status: In use internally. When a judgement would change the books or a filing position, the system proposes options and a person decides. - Each item explains the reasoning and recommends exactly one option. - Decisions are routed to the right person, with the evidence they need. - A settled decision becomes a written rule, so the same question is not asked twice. ### Tax-year preparation support Status: In use internally. A checklist of the source documents each year needs, draft computations and exports for the preparer. - Missing documents surface before preparation starts. - Every figure links back to the document it came from. - This is decision support. Your CPA prepares and files the return. ### Evidence packs for professionals Status: In use internally. Assembled packages of source records for a CPA, lender or attorney, built from the vault rather than from memory. - Packs are delivered through a permissioned folder, not email attachments. - Account numbers are masked in anything that leaves the family office. ### Office workspace Status: Prototype. A read-only view across entities, books, ownership, decisions and data health. - Every figure carries an evidence grade and the period it describes. - Figures of different grades or dates are never added together. - Consolidated net worth is deliberately not computed until the inputs support it. ### Identity and delegated access Status: Pilot. Sign-in through Federated Trust, with explicit delegation when someone acts on another person’s behalf. - Acting for someone else is recorded as two identities, never as silent impersonation. - The system that owns a record keeps the final say on access. ### Member plans through publishers Status: Pilot. Members of Route 422 Business Advisor and Network Magazine redeem a member code to hold a WealthHut plan for the term of their membership. - Each code works once and is recorded against the member’s own sign-in. - The membership level sets the plan: Personal, Business or Family Office. - The hosted workspace a plan covers is planned. The plan is recorded now. ### Hosted workspace for families Status: Planned. The same record, hosted for other families, with each family’s data isolated from every other. - Advisors receive scoped, revocable grants instead of shared passwords. - Families can export their complete record at any time. ### Platform partner program Status: Planned. Advisory firms offering WealthHut to their client families under their own brand, with oversight across those families. - Partner brand standards applied without forking the product. - Each family’s record remains the family’s own. ### Personal records for employees Status: Planned. A private, portable record of pay, benefits and equity for people who work at family-owned companies. - Private from the employer unless the person grants access. - Goes with the person when they leave. ## How the record connects 1. Structure: Who owns what, through which trust or company, and since when. To Evidence: Each entity names the documents it needs. 2. Evidence: The statement, deed or agreement behind every record, tracked by content. To Books: Statements prove each balance. 3. Books: Double-entry books tied to the statements that prove each balance. To Decisions: Judgements wait for a person. 4. Decisions: Open questions routed to the right person, and answers kept as rules. To Structure: Settled answers become written rules. ## Who it is for ### Families and principals Your financial life is spread across entities, advisors, states and a spreadsheet only you understand. One record of what you own, how it is held and what has been decided, with the source for every figure. ### Family office staff Onboarding a new trust or company means rebuilding everything, and reconciliation is manual. Records, books and documents that are validated as they arrive, with the open questions queued for the right person. ### CPAs, attorneys and trustees You receive polished PDFs with no underlying data, and requests for evidence take days. Source-backed packages scoped to your engagement, and a history that survives a change of trustee or advisor. ### Advisory firms Your clients still email PDFs and ask where a number came from. A future partner program to offer this record to your client families under your brand. ## Principles 1. Every figure shows its evidence: A number carries its source and how strong that source is: a statement that ties to its own total, provisional books, or a record entry only. Where nothing supports a figure, it is shown as unknown rather than guessed. 2. Dates are never blended: A balance from March and a balance from August are not added together. Figures of different periods or evidence grades stay separate until they can honestly be combined. 3. Software proposes, people decide: Anything that would change the books or a filing position becomes a question with options and one recommendation. It changes nothing until a person decides. 4. Other systems of record stay untouched: When another organisation owns the original, WealthHut reads it and copies only what is permitted. It does not rename, move or clean up someone else’s files. 5. Professionals keep their role: Tax and legal outputs are decision support. Your CPA files the return, your attorney drafts the documents, and your trustee approves the distribution. 6. Outward-facing material is masked: Account numbers and personal identifiers are masked in anything handed outside the family office, such as packs, presentations and reports. ## [Plans](https://wealthhut.com/plans) Three plans.
